Status Description:
Starting at approximately 6:00pm on 07/31/08, Data102 began seeing intermittent connectivity via Level3.
After diagnosis, we chose to turn off our Level3 service until it can be restored fully.
07/31/08 9:36pm - We received an update from a Level3 technician at 9:10pm MST stating that after extensive troubleshooting they are unable to get the packet loss below 10%. As such, they will be rolling a tech to the location as soon as possible to take a look at their involved hardware. We will update with more information as it becomes available to us.
